Prof Dr Lee holds a Doctorate in Quantitative Management from University of South Australia and Master of Education in Quantitative Methods from International Islamic University Malaysia, while his first degree is from University of Malaya majoring in Biology and Statistics. To date he has published more than 30 papers namely in statistical modeling and application of statistical approach in decision making, as well as numerous books mainly on quantitative methods. He has vast experience in education, has taught in various institutions of higher learning as well as being a consultant to many private colleges. Prof Dr Lee is also an active researcher with National Higher Education Institute, a think-tank under the Ministry of Education, Malaysia. His research interest is very much on testing and evaluation as well as literacy.

Professor Dr Galy is a Professor of Psychology with the University of Maroua, Republic of Cameroon. He obtained his tertiary education in Malaysia and served as senior academics with a few public and private universities in Malaysia. Prof Galy is a well-known speaker in international conferences and published numerous articles in refereed international journals. His areas of specialization include Human Behavior Modification and Organizational Psychology focusing on adolescents.

Mirza is a doctorate holder and has more than 23 years of Manufacturing, Quality, Project and Consultancy experience, which he has while serving a multi-national organization under the capacity as a Manager II, Senior Manager, Operations Manager in the area of Production, Planning, SCM, Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma. He has also published 6 research papers in international journals. His wide exposure in the Manufacturing sector has equipped him not only with knowledge in Lean Management, TQM, and Project Management but also hands-on experience in implementing. He is a pioneer member of a Lean manufacturing team and a qualified Six Sigma Black Belt, trained by Ernst & Young Consultant and by the Institute of Six Sigma in Singapore; during his service in the multi-national organization he completed 32 major cost-saving projects on operations improvements and quality, which amounted to USD 3.8 million in savings. He has been both a practitioner in the private sector and a lecturer for Degree and Masters programs in local colleges for the past 14 years, and has conducted more than 100 consultancy engagements, journal publications and public talks in Lean, Six Sigma, Operations Management and Supply Chain Management.

Dr. E.K.T Sivakumar is a renowned educationist and social activist from India. He completed his undergraduate study in BSc Chemistry from D G Vaishnav College, Chennai, pursued Post Graduation from Gurunanak College completing his Masters in Chemistry, simultaneously completed his B.Ed. from Annamalai University in 1993, and attained his Ph.D. in Chemistry in 2001 from Presidency College, University of Madras, Chennai, India. Dr. Sivakumar was honored with the “Best Teacher Award” from the Government of Tamil Nadu, India. His expertise is in Nano Science and Technology and he currently holds the post of Visiting Professor in the Department of Ceramic Technology, Anna University, Chennai. His mission is to establish scientific temper among people and spread knowledge about science and technology for the betterment of society. He regularly writes articles about science for youth and children; with over 500 awards in his name, he was bestowed the ‘Best Children’s Science Writer Award 2015’ by BAPASI in March 2015. Dr. Sivakumar is a scientist, a professor, and a social activist, devoted to the cause of students, the poor and the needy, the differently-abled and senior citizens through innumerable social activities. He is also an Editor with ValarumArivial and founder of the Educational and Social Research Organisation (ESRO) and ESR Foundation in Chennai.

Among these are Chief Executive Officer with AsterWrite Thesis Solutions (software program development for conducting research and thesis writing for Masters and Doctorates), Associate Professor with University Tunku Abdul Rahman, Faculty of Engineering and Science, and lecturer in Design and Manufacturing, Faculty of Engineering, University Malaya.
