How verification works
Each WMU credential carries a unique certificate ID recorded in the WMU register at the point of conferral. This tool checks that register in real time. The default response is the public tier, which is enough to confirm a physical certificate matches the register. A detailed tier is available to employers, accreditors, and other formal verifiers who identify themselves; every detailed lookup is logged for audit.
These framework levels indicate the level of study completed, shown against common qualification frameworks for orientation. Recognition decisions rest with the relevant skills assessment authority in your country. WMU is registered in California and pursues additional international accreditations progressively.
